The alcohol was a mixture of methanol and ethyl alcohol, which can cause adverse health effects in humans.

Location: facility  a.  On or about January 20, 2016, employees wearing voluntary use N95 respirators to conducting sand-blasting glass with a glove box had not been provided with information and training as required in Appendix D of the respiratory protection standard.
