29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): Guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems positioning device systems and their components did not conform to the criteria in section 1926.502 (see Appendix G to this subpart): (a) Jobsite: On or about January 13, 2016, an employee was exposed to a free fall hazard of greater than 6 feet. In addition, in fall arrest applications, this type of Guardian retractable requires that the anchorage connection point must always be at or above the safety harness's dorsal D-ring.
