29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: Gym: On or about January 20, 2016 and at times prior thereto, two emergency exit doors had obstructions preventing the use and/or flow of the emergency exits. Employees were exposed to a fire hazard in the following instances; a. Child Care (nursery) room had a chair and mop blocking exit. b. Exercise (Zumba) room had a safety bar preventing exit from opening.
