Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 10 feet.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and, the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) H&M Framing, LLC. 4609 Morning Dove, Fort Collins, CO. 80525: On and before January 12th, 2016, the exposing employer did not ensure each employee engaged in 8/12 pitch roof framing and sheathing on a multi family residence were trained to recognize fall hazards and the use of appropriate fall protective systems to minimize falling. Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of an estimated 10 feet.
