Ross & Son, Incorporated - The employees using the 3M elastomeric half-mask respirators for protection against dust which could include silica were not provided with Appendix D, on or about January 21, 2016. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
