29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(2)(i): Before work subject to this standard began, the building and/or facility owners did not determine the presence, location and quantity of asbestos containing material (ACM) and/or presumed asbestos containing material (PACM) at the work site pursuant to paragraph (k)(1) of this section:    1) Deerwoods Real Estate Management at 1465 Jersey Street, Denver, CO 80220: On and before 01/13/16, before work subject to this standard began, Deerwoods Real Estate Management did not determine the presence, location, and quantity of ACM and/or PACM, pursuant to paragraph (k)(1) of this section. Deerwoods Real Estate Management was the property manager of Jersey Apartments unit 309. DMS Enterprises was hired to remodel the bathroom in unit 309, including performing demolition of a beige plaster wall containing three percent chrysotile asbestos. Deerwoods Real Estate Management did not determine that the building materials contained asbestos prior to DMS Enterprises beginning work. This condition exposed employees of DMS Enterprises to an asbestos hazard.
