29 CFR 1910.261(k)(18): The hazard of in-running nip points on calendar rolls were not eliminated or minimized by an effective barrier device, or by feeding the paper into the rolls by means of a rope carrier, air jets, or hand feeding devices. On or about January 15, 2016 at the facility, where employees were exposed to caught-in/between hazards when threading the wet stack without minimizing the hazard of in-running nip points when adjusting and/or servicing an "upset" condition.
