On or about January 12, 2016: a) Employees installing roof sheathing with pneumatic nail guns and hammers were exposed to eye injuries when the employer failed to ensure that they were wearing safety glasses while performing this task. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
