29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person:    (a) On or about January 21, 2016, Horn Brothers Roofing, Inc., as the controlling employer, did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite so as to ensure that employees of Eagle Roofing & Stucco, a subcontractor, who were required to engage in re-roofing operations, were appropriately protected from exposure to fall hazards.    Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
