29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):    (a)  On or about December 12, 2018, Horn Brothers Roofing, as the controlling employer, did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the job-site so as to ensure subcontracted employees were protected from fall hazards.         Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").        Horn Brothers Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1119472, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 17, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 2788 S Sherman St, Englewood, CO 80113.
