29 CFR 1915.56(b)(2): Welding cable was not free from repair or splices for a minimum distance of 10 feet from the cable end to which the electrode holder was connected. At the welding shop, an employee conducted welding operations and used an electrode cable with at least two repairs within ten feet of the electrode cable stinger holder.
