29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Worksite: Employees were removing the roof of an existing residential building approximately 20 ft. above the ground and did not have fall protection; on or about 1/8/2016. Note: In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19. Anthony Specia Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 992547, citation number 1, item number 4a, and was affirmed as a final order on 10/1/14, with respect to a worksite located at 1 South Beach Ave. in Southampton, NY.
