29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation of machines whose operation exposed an employee to injury was not guarded: a) Maintenance Shop; On January 20, 2016 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards in that employees were allowed to operate a band saw that did not have the unused portion of the cutting blade guarded.
