29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:    a.  6468 Dawson Blvd., Norcross, GA (Rear Bay Door) - Employees were exposed to fire hazard.  Fire extinguishers were blocked by stacks and rolls of stored carpet, making it difficult to gain access to the portable fire extinguisher,  in the event of an emergency, on or about 01/25/2016.    b. 6468 Dawson Blvd. Norcross, GA (Shop Break Area) - Employees were exposed to fire hazard. Fire extinguishers were not mounted in the designated area where the sign indicates fire extinguisher, on or about 01/25/2016.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:     a.  6468 Dawson Blvd., Norcross, GA (Rear of Shop) - Employees were exposed to electrical hazard.  The 277V electrical disconnect circuit breaker box which is used to control the shop lights and other electrical equipment inside the warehouse, was blocked by large and heavy storage materials and stationary table, making it difficult accessing the electrical equipment in the event of an emergency, on or about 01/25/2016.

The electrical panel/circuit breaker box which controls the shop lights and other shop electrical equipment were missing blanks to cover the exposed wires on the unused openings, on or about 01/25/2016.
