Employees were exposed to struck by hazards.

29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(x): Flexible cords and cables were not protected from accidental damage, as might be caused, for example, by sharp corners, projections, and doorways or other pinch points: On or about January 21, 2016, and or at times prior thereto, at the 54 Live CNC machine in CNC department an electrical extension cord was found running along the floor and under a machine and in an area where there were sharp metal shavings. The employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards.
