29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:    a) On or about 1/27/16, in the Plywood Building at the rear exit corridor sheets of plywood were stored in front of double exit doors creating an obstructed exit route in this area blocking the access to employees evacuating building in case of fire and other emergencies.    b) On or about 1/27/16, in the Plywood Building in the front area, there were two exit doors obstructed with boxes and metal racks blocking access to employees evacuating the building during times of fire and other emergencies.     ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures, or other means listed under this provision:    a) On or about 1/27/16, in the Plywood building the enclosures for electrical panels were not maintained in a closed position to prevent accidental contact with live energized parts and or wiring.
