29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    a) On or about 1/25/2016, In the facility at the "Big Press":  The main roller was not guarded near the operator station, creating an ingoing crush point.    b) On or about 1/25/2016, In the facility at the "Big Press":  The out feed roller and blade were not guarded (yellow guard was in the raised position).    c) On or about 1/25/2016, In the facility at the "Flexo Folder":  A series of material transfer belts and pulleys were not guarded on both sides of the machine.    d) On or about 1/25/2016, In the facility at the "Regular Press":  The take off conveyor belt and pulley were not guarded, creating a pinch point.     e) On or about 1/25/2016, In the facility at the Slitter:  The slitter blades were not guarded.    Abatement certification is required for these items.

Abatement certification is required for these items.
