29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(viii): The employer did not assure that each employee had been trained by a competent person qualified in the standards contained in subpart M: a) On or about 01-25-16, an employee was exposed to fall hazards without receiving safety training for installing proper fall protection equipment. The employee was using a slide-guard which was installed along a roof eave edge on a 10:12 pitch roof surface as fall protection.
