29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: An appropriate eyewash station was not available in the kitchen area for employees exposed to corrosive chemicals including, but not limited to DeVere Grill Cleaner, Easy Off Oven Cleaner, and Quat-Tabs sanitizer.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical. Safety Data Sheets were not available upon agency request for each hazardous chemical used in the kitchen area of the facility. Employees were exposed to chemicals including, but not limited to DeVere Grill Cleaner, Easy Off Oven Cleaner, and Quat-Tabs sanitizer.
