29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): There were damaged parts that adversely affected safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that are broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating:    a) Bin C8: On or about January 21, 2016 and at times prior, workers were exposed to electrical shock hazards at an electrical outlet with damage that included broken insulating material and a cord ground lug broken off in the receptacle.     b) Bin C12: On or about January 21, 2016 and at times prior, workers were exposed to electrical shock hazards caused by a disconnected conduit fitting that was straining two insulated conductors.    c) Bin C7: On or about January 21, 2016 and at times prior, workers were exposed to electrical shock hazards at a blower where the j-box was disconnected from the motor.
