Condition exposed employees utilizing the compressed air to physical hazards such as embolisms.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(3): Completed wiring installations where not free from short circuits and from grounds other than those required or permitted by this subpart.  (a)  Limey & Company, Inc., at 2390 W. 28th St., Greeley, CO 80631:  On and before January 25, 2016, the employer failed to ensure that completed wiring installations were free from short circuits and grounding.  Specifically, the car lift located in Bay # 8 trips the circuit breaker, which has to be reset, several times each day, indicating that there is a grounding or conductivity issue causing the current being transmitted through the car lifts wiring to surge above the circuit breakers maximum capacity.  Condition exposed employees using the car lift to electrical and struck by hazards should the lift fail.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(4):  Equipment intended to interrupt current at fault levels did not have an interrupting rating sufficient for the nominal circuit voltage and the current that was available at the line terminals of the equipment.   (a)  Limey & Company, Inc. at 2390 W. 28th Ave, Greeley, CO 80631: On and before January 25, 2016, the employer failed to ensure that equipment intended to interrupt current at fault levels had an interrupting rating sufficient for the nominal circuit voltage.  Specifically, the circuit breaker intended to protect the bay# 8 lift tripped off line repeatedly and did not provide an interrupting rating sufficient to protect the equipment and personnel in the area.  Condition exposed employees to electrical and fire hazards, and potentially struck by hazards should the lift fail, while using the lift in bay # 8.

Specifically, the employer utilized the space in front of the electrical service panels in the lower storage room to store equipment, preventing the electrical panel doors from opening at 90 degrees.
