29 CFR 1915.507(b)(1): The portable fire extinguishers and hose systems were not selected, installed, inspected, maintained, and tested by the employer according to NFPA 10-2002 Standard for Portable Fire Extinguishers.   (a) Located throughout the facility at 300 Railroad Way, Hanger 2 in Astoria, Oregon: On January 20, 2016 the inspection revealed that fire extinguishers were not inspected monthly, nor did they receive annual maintenance.
