(a)   Off of Young's Bridge:  On or about January 20, 2016 and times prior thereto, employees were using a barge with a crane with a capacity of 100 tons and the barge did not have a list indicator for crane operations.  This exposed the operator to not knowing if he was exceeding the list of the barge for the size of the crane and load he was lifting.
