29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: On or about January 27, 2016, located on the north side of the apartment complex where employee were exposed to a free fall hazard greater than 6 feet when installing brackets to the exterior side of the building from a Genie S-85 aerial lift.
