29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut:    On or about January, 22 2016 at the above addressed jobsite, an employee was operating a circular hand-fed ripsaw (table saw) to cut material such as but not limited to: poplar wood and other pieces of lumber/hardwood, for which the saw blade hood guard was not used, and for which the saw blade spreader and non-kickback fingers (dogs) were not installed, which therefore resulted in a partial/middle finger tip amputation and also the severe lacerations of two other fingers on the employees left hand.
