29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(viii): Portable fire extinguishers were not inspected periodically in accordance with maintenance and use of portable fire extinguishers, N.F.P.A. No. 10A-1970: a) At the Brock Elementary Savannah jobsite: On January 21, 2016, and times prior thereto, employees were exposed to fire hazards, in that a portable fire extinguisher located in the prime-contractor trailer was not inspected periodically to ensure location in a designated area, its pressure gage was in an operable range, and that a maintenance record tag was up-to-date.
