29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms:   a)    At the Brock Elementary Savannah jobsite: On or about January 21, 2016, and times prior thereto, employees were exposed to fall hazards of 14 ft. 2 in., in that guardrails were not extended along all open sides of the second-tier platform as workers were engaged in bricklaying activities.
