Eurostruct was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.451(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315840942, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 11/30/11 , with respect to a workplace located at 335 West 12th Street, New York, NY.    NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1,000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.
