29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i): The dimension of the working space in the direction of access to live parts operating 600 volts or less, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while alive, was less than indicated in Table S1:     a) Orica Ground Support, 2306 Hwy 6 & 50, Grand Junction, CO  81505:  On or before January 14, 2016 the employer did not ensure that the disconnect for the tensile testing area were not obstructed.  Employees needed access to the disconnect to disengage the electrical circuits.  The employer did not ensure that the dimension of the working space in front of this electrical equipment was at least 3 feet, in accordance with Table S1.  This condition exposed employees to electrical hazards.

29 CFR 1910.303(e)(1): Identification of manufacturer and ratings:  Electric equipment was used but the following markings were not in place on the equipment:    (i) The manufacturers name, trademark, or other descriptive marking by which the organization responsible for the product may be identified.    (ii) Other markings giving voltage, current, wattage, or other ratings as necessary.    a) Orica Ground Support, 2306 Hwy 6 & 50, Grand Junction, CO  81505:  On or before January 14, 2016, the employer did not ensure that the electrical panels next to the electric Threader were labeled with the manufacturer's name, trademark, or other markings giving voltage, current, wattage, or other ratings as necessary. This condition exposed employees to electrical hazards.
