29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain copies of the required material safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace: On or about January 28, 2016, at the jobsite, 3129 SE Dominica Terrace, Stuart, Florida 34997, the employer did not have a Safety Data Sheet for the propane used to fuel the forklift at the site. Without the safety data sheet the employer cannot fully train the employees concerning the hazards of propane.
