The most recent example of this was found on the job site located at 8507 N. 171st Street, Bennington, NE where the employer has employees siding a new residential home while working off of a ladder jack scaffold without fall protection.

The most recent example of this was found on the job site located at 8507 N. 171st Street, Bennington, NE where the employer has employees siding a new residential home while working off of a ladder jack scaffold where they have bridged two platforms together while using one of the ladders as support for both systems.
