29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: At the jobsite 8918 N 169th Ave., Bennington, NE: The employer is failing to ensure that employees engaged in residential construction activities are protected from falls while working at heights greater than 6 feet from lower levels. On or about January 26, 2016, employees of Salvador DeJesus dba Jesus & Dragon Roofing were observed performing residential asphalt shingle roofing installation exposed to a fall heights of 11.6 feet and not protected by approved fall protection methods. Salvador DeJesus dba Jesus & Dragon Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 981721, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 2, 2014; with respect to a workplace located at 1611 N. 105th Street, Omaha, NE 68114.
