29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):    Such programs did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. On 1/26/2016, S & S Customs Construction & Remodeling LLC was installing trusses on a residential building located at the intersection of Fieldstone Estates Drive and Fieldstone Estates Court in Wentzville, MO.  S & S Customs Construction & Remodeling LLC, the general contractor, did not conduct an adequate inspection of the job site, materials, and equipment.  During the inspection, employees were exposed to the following hazards:   a)   Three workers were observed on the trusses and the top plate of the exterior walls approximately eight feet above the ground without fall protection, exposing them to a fall to the ground below.  b)  Two workers were observed setting trusses on the residential building.  A crane was used to facilitate the installation of the trusses.  The crane swung the trusses above the workers as the trusses were lowered to the structure.  The workers were not wearing head protection; therefore, they were exposed to a possible danger of head injury from impact as the trusses were swung into place and lowered to the structure.
