Employees were required to carry the instruments on flat plastic trays with shallow sides.

Such chemicals include, but were not limited to: an enzymatic ultrasonic cleaning concentrate, CaviWipes hard surface cleaner and disinfectant, and a dental vacuum line cleaner.
