29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways and wherever turns or passage had to be made: (a) Dock doors, 300 Brush Creek Road, Warrendale, PA: On or about February 1, 2016, powered industrial trucks did not have sufficient safe clearances while entering and exiting through dock doors due to "draft guards" and the cable cords connecting them to the walls.
