29 CFR 1910.106(d)(3)(ii)(b): The bottom, sides, and/or tops of wooden cabinets were not constructed of an approved grade of plywood at least 1 inch in thickness, that would  prevent it from breaking down or delaminating under fire conditions:   a)  Maintenance Shop; On or about January 28, 2016 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to fire hazards in that a Flammable Class 1B Liquid was stored in a wooden cabinet that did not meet the construction requirements of the standard. The cabinet was not made with 1 inch plywood and all of the joints were not rabbitted.
