29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and/or shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) 56 Laurel St., Holyoke, MA: On or about February 1, 2016 employees working at heights had not been trained on how to recognize or mitigate fall hazards encountered in the course of performing their assigned tasks on elevated surfaces in residential construction.
