29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system. (a) Jobsite - On or about January 28, 2016 employees were replacing shingles on a 4:12 pitch residential roof. Employees were exposed to falling up to 18 feet to a lower level. Employees were not protected from falling by using a guardrail system or safety net system or personal fall arrest system.
