29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Employee(s) engaged in steel erection activity who were on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6m) above a lower level were not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems or fall restraint systems: Location: 1247 38th Street, Brooklyn, N.Y. On or about 12/17/2015 a) Employees were exposed to 35 ft fall hazard working without fall protection next to an unprotected opening in the steel decking; employees were carrying and placing decking panels next to the deck opening.
