OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees that were exposed to fire hazards from inappropriately installed exhaust and ventilation systems for two production kilns.      a.  On or about January 29, 2016, in the Pac-9 area at the workplace,  employees operated two Watkins-Johnson production kilns that had inappropriately installed and constructed exhaust and ventilation systems.  The PVC flex self supporting ventilation ducting was not designed for high temperature environments.  The Grizzly Industrial dust collector impeller units were not constructed or designed to be used for the evacuation of high temperature gasses exiting the production kilns.
