29 CFR 1926.1060(a): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and stairways, as necessary, which would train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize hazards related to ladders and stairways: a) 23 Oak Hill Rd., Short Hills, NJ An employee was exposed to a fall hazard about 8 feet without examining the stability of the ladder on a uncertain surface when started to descend to the basement. Violation occurred on or about 12/18/2015.
