29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. Site: Corner of East Houston Street & Mott Street New York, NY On or about 2/1/16 a) Employee removing Christmas lights/decorations from an aerial lift truck basket was not wearing a body belt or harness. The employee was exposed to a fall from approximately 12 to 15 feet high.
