29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: a) Bottle shop: Poor housekeeping surrounding the palletizer area in that there were large quantities of spilled materials (malt, hydraulic fluids, etc.) on the floor creating a potential slip and fall hazard, as observed on or about February 2, 2016. b) Brew house: Poor housekeeping in that there were a number of cracks and pot holes in the scale room floor creating a potential struck by hazard when employees were moving drums weighing 500-700 pounds using a drum truck, as observed on or about February 2, 2016. Abatement Certification Required.
