Employees were exposed to unprotected temporary lightings which were not protected. On or about 01/27/2016. The New Empire Builder Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.405 (a) (2) (ii) (E), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1001410, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on date 02/19/2015 , with respect to a workplace located at 286 Spring Street, New York, NY 10014.
