29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure: a) Jobsite: 518 Scenery Drive, N. Elizabeth, PA- On or about January 22, 2016, employees were working unprotected and exposed to fall hazards of between approximately 10 feet to 15 feet while conducting total roof renovation on a 4/12 sloped roof.
