29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. 3051 Kumho Parkway, Macon, GA 31216 (roof of the new shipping warehouse) - Roofers were exposed to a fall hazard. Employees were working while leaning over and walking in close proximity to the edge of the flat roof while installing roof materials, approximately 120 feet above ground. The employees were not utilizing any type of fall protection, on or about 12/15/15.
