29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, was not provided, used, and maintained in a sanitary and reliable condition. a) Jobsite: 2nd level of structure - No protective equipment was provided to protect employees from fall hazards capable of causing injury and impairment. An employee remotely operating a Fassi F330SE articulating boom crane from the 2nd level of a residential construction building was exposed to an approximate 10 foot fall. Observed on or about 2/3/16.
