29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) On or about 2/3/16, in the Fleet Service Representative workstation #1 area, an uninterruptible power supply was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle. b) On or about 2/3/16, in the kitchen area, a relocatable power tap was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle. c) On or about 2/3/16, in the Field Computer Control area, a relocatable power tap was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle. d) On or about 2/3/16, in the Fleet Service Representative workstation #2 area, an uninterruptible power supply was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle. e) On or about 2/3/16, in the Maintenance Control Center #1 area, an uninterruptible power supply was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle. f) On or about 2/3/16, in the Maintenance Control Center #2 area, a relocatable power tap was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle.
