29 CFR 1910.1020(e)(1)(i): When an employee or designated representative requested access to a record, the employer did not provide access within 15 working days and did not apprise the employee or designated representative the reason for the delay and earliest date when the record can be made available: Employees working and residing at the 904 Terminal Ave., Liberal, Kansas location were exposed to inhalation hazards in that the employees were not provided access to the sample results of the positive mold testing results taken on 10/30/2015 and the negative mold testing results after the mediation taken on 12/10/2015.
