29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut:    a) The Production Work Area: On or about February 17, 2016, an employee used a Ryboi Table Saw which did not have its blade guarded by an automatically adjusting hood, exposing the operator/employee to a point-of-operation hazard.
